THE SPACE:
This cute little rental is a single level 2BD/1BA unit. The home is divided into two separate rentals units. You will be staying in the front portion of the home. The space is approximately 820 square feet.

There are no shared spaces except for the parking lot and the back fenced-in yard and patio.

Free parking is located in the front parking lot and on the street.

ACCESS:
Guests have access via lock pad on the front door. They will have sole use of the front unit in the house, which includes a spacious, fully stocked kitchen, living room, bathroom that has a shower and very large tub, two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and TV.

RULES:
Maximum Occupancy - 4
No Pets, No vaping or smoking inside house
Minimum Stay - 1 month
Maximum Stay - 3 months
Must pass background check, credit score must be reasonable and must be employed or have reliable and stable income.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 
Utilities and Wi-Fi included. House has everything you need (except food)...fully stocked kitchen, linens, etc. No washer/dryer in the unit but a good laundromat is close by. 

This rental is one of two separate and private units in a home. There are no shared spaces with the other tenant, except for the parking lot and patio.
