About the apartment:
This is a great 2BR/1BA apartment - we have a washer and dryer downstairs (free!) and storage that we share with our landlord, who lives in the second floor apartment. There is a sizable backyard where we have a small garden and host barbecues in the summer. In addition to a kitchen with all of the amenities (dishwasher, disposal, etc.), we also have a living room and separate dining room, along with an entryway. The entire apartment has hardwood floors. 

Pictures of your bedroom are attached.  It has plenty of room for the queen sized bed currently in there in addition to a large dresser, a small bookshelf, and one closet. First month’s rent and a security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) required for move-in. The room will be unfurnished.
