Second Floor Setup

Only two bedrooms and one bathroom are located upstairs. Since just one room is currently being rented, you'll likely have the bathroom to yourself. Towels and basic toiletries are included.

If you're traveling with a friend or colleague, the second bedroom can be prepared upon request so you can share the entire upstairs level together. Please note that additional occupancy or use of the second room would involve a rental adjustment.

The second bedroom may also be available for use as a home office or extra storage, with a small additional fee, if needed.

Privacy & Separation

You will enter through the main front door, which is secured with a password-protected smart lock. Once inside, you will see the shared common area and your private door that leads directly upstairs to your space.

A door at the bottom of the stairs separates the second floor from the rest of the house, giving you a fully private and quiet environment. You wont need to pass through any personal areas at any time.

My bedroom is located in the back of the first floor, completely separate from your space. For added peace of mind, all bedrooms have their own keyed locks, ensuring security and privacy throughout your stay.

Room is fully furnished with brand-new furniture for a clean, comfortable stay.

Common Areas

Fully equipped Kitchen, living area, and essentials are available for your use. Porch with a lake view, perfect to unwind after a long day at work. Laundry room with washer/dryer included.

I have a friendly senior cat named Shafi who lives on the first floor in her own private space with access to my bedroom, so she does not roam freely. For the comfort and well-being of all pets and since the home does not have a yard I only accept cats. You're welcome to bring your own cat for a one-time, non-refundable fee.
