Second Floor Setup
The second floor has only two bedrooms and one bathroom. Renting one room usually means you will have the bathroom to yourself. Towels and basic toiletries are included.

Traveling with a friend or colleague? The second bedroom can be prepared upon request so you can share the upstairs level together. Additional occupancy would involve an adjusted rental rate. This room can also be used as a home office or extra storage for a small additional fee if needed.

Privacy & Security
Enter through the main front door, secured with a password-protected smart lock. After stepping into the shared common area, your private door leads directly upstairs to your space.

A door at the bottom of the stairs fully separates the second floor from the rest of the house, providing a quiet and private environment. My bedroom is located in the back of the first floor, completely separate from your space. Each bedroom has its own keyed lock for added security and peace of mind.

I have a friendly senior cat named Shafi who lives on the first floor in her own private space with access to my bedroom, so she does not roam freely. For the comfort and well-being of all pets and since the home does not have a yard I only accept cats. You are welcome to bring your own cat for a one-time, non-refundable fee.
