Historic Williamsburg VA Rental Available

A fully furnished room is waiting for you starting January 1st, 2025.  Potentially could be earlier if needed.  Just closed on townhouse yesterday so still getting settled!!!

Rent is $1200/month, utilities included. Open to a flexible month to month rental but would like at least a 3-month commitment. 

The townhouse is in Governor's Grove, conveniently located close to shopping, entertainment, transportation, historic Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary.  Clubhouse, swimming pool and children’s playgrounds included. 

You’ll be sharing the space with one friendly homeowner who is a student at William and Mary and an additional roommate who I am searching to find.  Each bedroom is fully furnished with a double or queen size bed, dresser and night stand.  Each bedroom has its own on-suite bath. One set of bed linens will be provided.  Laundry is available on the third floor.  Kitchen, equipped with the necessities, and family room are on the middle level.  One bedroom is on the lower level with walkout to the back yard. 

We like to keep the house lived-in but clean.  It’s a peaceful space where you can gather with a few friends, but no big parties please.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate pets at this time. No Smoking.

Rent requirements:
First month’s rent and a security deposit (same amount) due upfront. Need to sign lease, waiver of liability and statement regarding HOA rules and guidelines.
