The rooms can be rented individually or in combination. The home is conveniently located near shopping, great restaurants, hospitals and supermarkets.

The "blue bedroom" available is 10x10  / 100 Sq. Ft. and comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, closet, 40 inch smart TV, one large and two small dressers, a floor lamp, as well as your own private - in room refrigerator.

The "gold and black bedroom" available  is 11 X 11 / 123.2 Sq. ft. and comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, 2 closets, 48 inch smart TV, one large 6 drawer dresser, a floor lamp, and a small sofa that converts to a recliner as well as twin sleeper. This room also comes with your own private - in room refrigerator.

The "red and gold bedroom" available is 13.5 X 14.10 / 190.3 Sq. ft. and comes fully furnished with a king-sized bed, two night tables, one walnut vanity, one large walk-in closet ~ 4’ X 5’8”, 58 inch smart TV, a floor lamp, and large leather sofa, This room also comes with your own private - in room refrigerator.

The bathroom is shared and includes a tub-shower combo. It is conveniently located on second floor just down the hall from your room. Personal bed and bath linens provided in cost of rental.

A shared coffee and breakfast snack hightop table is conveniently located on the second floor, making it easy for you to prepare for your workday. It can also be used as a shared computer workspace.

The first floor kitchen and laundry room are also available for shared use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a range with full oven, microwave, and air fryer, and assorted kitchenware.  The laundry room features High Efficiency Samsung washer and Dryer with multiple wash/dry features.  There is a folding cabinet area to make laundry a breeze.

There are two shared outdoor spaces available to relax outside when weather is nice.  First, a fenced-in front yard with high-top table and chairs, chaise lounges and regular outdoor chairs.  This space includes access to the propane gas Barbecue Grill. The second shared space is a side-deck with gas fire-pit and seating for four.

Theres free on premise parking available, with individual parking spots for each of the rooms for rent.

The home is conveniently located minutes to several MetroWest Hospitals; and is 17 minutes from Southborough, Massachusetts to take the commuter rail into Boston or Cambridge.
