Looking for someone to take over my lease! It’s a 1 bedroom/1.5 bath with a loft, balcony, fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. Has heating/cooling, washer/dryer, and is located on the 3rd/top floor with no upstairs neighbors. I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it but will be moving in with my boyfriend. The apartment complex has a gym, pool, car washing station, and free parking. Located in the Kingstowne/springfield area near shopping, dining, and metro stops. The area is much more quiet and laid back than other areas but still conveniently located!  I am flexible on move out date but need to be out by January 1st.
