Our condo is in Midtown and close to everything with parking. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is located across the street from Innovation District, very close to downtown restaurants, Just to the west within walking distance, you will find UF, and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.This condo is perfect for the weekend getaway or your business trip. We are also only about a mile from Shands.
The space
We provide a very comfortable living space for our guests. We provide an all-inclusive stay while traveling for work, coming to town to catch a Gator game, or just a quick getaway. This includes a washer/dryer, linens, and everything in between. Smart tv in the living room, Coffee Maker with Coffee, Cream, and everything needed to cook a very nice meal. Our location is centrally located in Midtown, which is close to everything Gainesville has to offer. We are only blocks away from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Exact Tech Arena, the University of Florida, and Downtown Gainesville. The bedroom provides you with the comforts of home with a king-size bed with a new mattress, a full bath with shower and tub, and a full-size washer and dryer. Our condo provides a work station in the kitchen for the business traveler as well as an ironing board, iron, and high-speed internet. We are less than ten minutes to the Gainesville Airport.
Guest access
The entire condo will be yours to enjoy as none of our space is shared. We do have a closet in the bedroom which has two locked bins with owners supplies.

If you choose to sleep 4, be advised it could be a little tight.
Other things to note
The property is located just north of University Avenue by one block with free parking right in front of the front door.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR RENTALS LESS THAN 6 MONTHS THERE IS A 7.5 PERCENT STATE TAX AND A 5 PERCENT ALACHUA COUNTY TAX THAT WILL BE ADDED TO THE RENT. THE $500 DEPOSIT IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE RETURNED AFTER CHECK OUT.  THERE IS ALSO A $100 CLEANING FEE DUE WHICH WILL COVER CLEANING ONCE YOU LEAVE.
