Hi! I’m subletting my really cute duplex in West Asheville, just steps off Haywood Road — one of the most popular, walkable areas in the city. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants, vintage stores, and all the good Asheville magic are literally right around the corner.

My unit is in the back of the duplex, tucked away and peaceful. It has tall ceilings, natural light, and definitely does not feel like a basement apartment. It’s a 1 bedroom (there is a second bedroom, but it will be locked off. It is my art studio)  / 1 bath with a great shower + tub, a big backyard, and a private porch.

I’m an artist, so the space has an artistic, cozy vibe — warm décor, creative touches, and an inviting atmosphere. It’s a really special home.

Rent: $1,500
Utilities: I’ll be covering all utilities while I’m away (electric, water, internet, etc.)
Dates: Roughly Dec 20 – Feb 10, but the exact dates are flexible as I nail down my travel schedule.

The only small catch is that I have two very sweet cats. They’re independent and super friendly, and my best friend (who lives upstairs) helps keep an eye and them. Also they are super friendly. They sleep indoors each night but play outside a lot. I will provide kitty litter and food.

The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and super walkable. There’s even a bus stop down the street if you don’t drive.
