Private bedroom with shared bathroom in a 4 bedroom house.  Currently, only 2 people live here full time and 1 is leaving.  There will be 2 bedrooms available for rent.  We live on top of a hill on a dead end street, lots of nature and space in the backyard.  We have our morning coffee in the back deck that overlook the hills of around Mt. Diablo.  You must love dogs because we have 5 little ones who crave bell rubs.  Great if you find that therapeutic.
Us, we are Reiki practitioners, we have a community that enjoys the group meditation and retreats we host.  We are life coaches who help hold space for everyone needing a space to be seen and heard.
The kitchen and living area is shared, we just request to clean up after yourself and replenish what you use.
Utilities included with wifi connection.  There's safe parking available also since we are on a dead end street.  Very quiet neighborhood, lots of fruit-bearing trees, neighbors are super friendly.
