This is a 3bd / 2.5bath house in Otay Ranch. 
I have two rooms that are available for rent due to my previous roommates going on deployment. The rooms are a decent size. The bathroom is not shared. This home is tucked away in a quiet area, but has strips malls and plazas on every corner in a 10 mile radius. You will also have access to the community areas, with several pools and jacuzzis, and a gym. There is a 2-car garage and street parking. 

Military preferred, but not required. The upstairs living room is vacant, so if you have furniture you’d like to move in—feel free. 

Move-in as soon as DEC 1st. If you want to move-in sooner, let me know and we can figure it out. 

ABOUT ME: I’m 31, I’m Dominican and from Detroit, MI. I am currently in the Navy. I’m typically in my room doing homework, or in the backyard reading, playing games or watching a movie. I go to the gym often, and I enjoy going out with friends. 

IM LOOKING FOR: A roommate or roommates(couples are welcome) who are clean, outgoing and kind. I prefer someone I can be friends with, rather than someone who is secluded and anti-social. I prefer to live in a home rather than a house. I enjoy small groups of friends over on weekends if possible for games and movie nights, but this isn’t a party house. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats.
