This split level home on a hill offers views of the Northern Cascade Mountains and the Snohomish Valley. The yard is filled with mature berry bushes and grape vines, as well as flowering shrubs and a low maintenance clover lawn.

Inside, there are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and one bed and one bathroom downstairs. All of our rooms include a queen bed, dresser, closet, shelf and side table; and they each have a dedicated bathroom. Please check our other listings for descriptions of our other rooms.

Upstairs the open plan communal space includes a full kitchen, a dining area with seating for up to 8 at the table and 3 at the island, and a very comfortable livingroom with bay window.

Livingroom seating includes a couch and loveseat, a recliner and a shiatsu massage chair. Smart TV is included with ad-free Hulu, Disney+, HBO, and Netflix, as well as YouTube Premium and ad-supported Peacock, Apple TV, and Prime Video. There is a gas fireplace as well.

Off the dining area, a sliding glass door leads to a deck with a large patio table, charcoal grill, a small shelf, string lights and a deck box with fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

Downstairs, there is a utility closet with brooms, mops, vacuum cleaner and carpet shampooer. Extra paper towels and toilet paper, as well as cleaning rags and supplies are kept here for everyone to use. In the hallway, there are extra linens. Tenants are welcome to change their linens as needed; we just as that they wash and replace linens when they change them and before move-out.

The laundry area includes a high capacity, high efficiency front load washer and dryer. On the wall to the side, there is a clothes drying rack for delicates and hang drying. Extra pillows and cozy throw blankets are stored on top.

Mail is delivered to a locked mailbox, and packages are delivered via the locked drop-box at the street. Mail is accessed using keys or combination lock.

We take safety and security of our tenants very seriously. The front door, as well as all the tenant rooms, are secured using keypad locks that are set remotely and codes changed upon move out and prior to the next tenant arriving. Security cameras record via the Ring Doorbell camera, as well as off the deck. These cameras are able to capture video all the way down the driveway and main yard to the street. More external cameras may be added.

All new smoke detectors were installed in October of 2025. All of the bedrooms include a fire escape ladder. There are multiple exits, including an alarm secured fire escape route in the downstairs. Fire extinguishers and fire blankets are located by the stove in the kitchen and the charcoal grill on the deck with clear signage for easy access.
