This is a special spot that is fully fenced , secluded and private. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick snack, the only thing it doesn't have is a dishwasher. The living area has a reclining loveseat and two additional couches that fold out, an electric fireplace and large tv. The bathroom has a shower, plenty of storage and a washer/dryer combo. The bedroom has a king bed, plenty of drawers and hanging space and a tv. Outside you will find 2 Adirondack chairs for relaxing, a tall table with chairs for dining and two overstuffed chairs. Additionally we have a small grill and outdoor prep area with a microwave, fridge and sink. Your parking area is just steps away from the gate to your yard and we welcome your pet! You could walk to the hospital - 15 minutes at most or a quick 5 minute drive. There are restaurants, shops, a Walmart, gas stations, hardware store, all within a 5 minute drive or easy walk. The cottage is next to our garage but we do not live at the property, we use it as our vacation home and are up there a few weekends a month until the summer of 2026 when we will move there full time. All utilities are included, as well as Starlink WIfi and streaming tv.
