The available room is a huge master suite located on the top floor of a quiet split-level home. It features a walk-in closet, a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and plenty of natural light throughout the day. The room is spacious enough to fit a queen- or king-size bed comfortably, and it’s currently partially furnished with a dresser, an armoire, a table, and a flat-screen TV. Furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished, it is up to you.  I'm flexible and can remove furniture or add a bed to suit your needs, if you don't have one. The rest of the home is peaceful and well-kept, with shared common areas that are clean and comfortable—perfect for someone who appreciates a calm, quiet living environment.
I think I’d be a great roommate because I’m friendly, responsible, and considerate. I’m mildly dyslexic and asthmatic, but I’m fully independent and work full-time. I'm 54. My family is very supportive and usually stops by about once a week, but otherwise, I enjoy a quiet, calm, and peaceful home. I’m looking for a housemate who values the same kind of environment—someone who is respectful and responsible, and who enjoys living in a home where both of us can feel comfortable and at ease.
