Two Rooms Together for Rent – Great Location on Putnam Ave

One large and one smaller room available on the upper floor of a two-story house in a great location on Putnam Ave. Both rooms are upstairs and I am interested in renting them together to one person for 1700. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and many cafes. Around 25 minutes walk to Harvard and 15 minutes walk to MIT. .

Both rooms have wide closets and extra storage space. The large room also has an additional connected storage area. Shared kitchen and living area are on the lower floor.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful woman who likes a calm and cozy home. The house will have a no-shoe policy, so someone who prefers that kind of clean space would be a good fit. I’m 28, working and an easygoing person. It would be nice to live with someone friendly who is open to being friends, not just roommates.

Move-in requires first and last month’s rent, and there’s a possibility for an earlier move-in date.
