Fully furnished guest house (casita) in a prestigious gated community.   Weekly cleaning, all utilities,  excellent WIFI, and parking included.    Entrance is private, though parking is in driveway of main home.  

The separate guest house, with 1,000sf of living space, has a large, great room style living space with bright white kitchen cabinets,  kitchen island, bar stools, and counter height dining table.     The guest house is full of light with two bedrooms, one with en-suite bath, two bathrooms and a laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer. 

Pets are allowed, but would need to review the details.   Owners have 2 friendly dogs and a cat that share the backyard space.    There is a pool and hottub, but those would be off limits, except on a case by case basis.  

The location is in a gatee community near the cross roads of RIGGS / HAWES, close to everything in Queen Creek and an easy commute to anywhere in Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley.
