Looking for the right person to share the rent with. The front two bedrooms of the home are empty. This would allow for a bedroom and private living space. With your own bathroom. Queen size bed is available if needed, otherwise the rooms are unfurnished. This is a four bedroom house. I am living in the main bedroom, the other bedroom is set up as guest room. My adult children do come to visit on occasion. The backyard is fenced in. You will be welcome to use the shared space throughout the house. I do have a gas grill and Blackstone if you like to cook. 
I don’t have an issue with smoking as long as it stays outdoors. 

You must have proof of income, references, and be willing to a background check. 

The house is located in North Cocoa, almost to Port St. John. It is  are right on US1. This is a newer subdivision. You will have access to the neighborhood pool. 

$1000 includes utilities. I am hoping for only one person, but I am willing to discuss. No children please.
