I have a four bedroom two bath house that I live in part time. I rent one or two rooms on the left side of the house if you rent one room it’s $1200 a month and you have a private bath if I rent two rooms, to the same couple or friends I knock the price down to $2000 as the bath is then shared. I’m in close proximity to Baptist in Jacksonville and very close Flagler Hospital and many others. I work from home when I’m here and occupy the master bedroom. Very easy-going single female, but I keep my space clean. My neighbor has a community pool and the house has a hot tub you are welcome to use if you shower before you go in. You have access to the whole house and parking on the right side of the driveway. I have high-speed Internet you can use, but I do not have cable so you’d have to stream your shows through apps. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV and there’s a larger one in the living room available for use as well.
