My house is ideal for a roommate situation. The master, which I am in, is all the way across the house, far from the other two bedrooms. The bedroom that I am renting is semi furnished with a queen size bed, and a bedside table. But if you want to bring stuff in you can, or I can find a dresser. You will have that bedroom closet, the linen closet, and room in the garage for things to store as well as to park. Contrary to what the ad says, no one occupies the third bedroom! There is a very nice washer and dryer on the premises. The kitchen has a very nice side-by-side fridge and a nice dishwasher. The house is open concept. It’s very spacious and has a nice backyard with a barbecue. The neighborhood is very beautiful, with a park just one block away. The community center has an indoor in an outdoor pool, and a gym. There are activities here and walking trails. Lots of beautiful mature trees. It’s genuinely a quiet and safe beautiful place to live. I have three small to medium dogs who are all very friendly and loving.

I am a licensed professional counselor by trade, semi retired, a horse lover, and I keep myself busy between working and seeing friends and my horse. Looking for someone quiet, with no issues with substances, both legal or illegal. Looking for someone tidy as well. Also, someone friendly and open. I’m good at keeping the boundaries, but I would like to like the person that I live with.
