A serene oasis, this haven has a 65” flat screen in the living room with reclining sofas with charging ports; eat-in kitchen with cookware & bakeware; & backyard fire pit. 

Restaurants, super stores, & gym are within a 1/2 mile. 

Rent includes cleaning of main area every 2 weeks. Bedrooms can be cleaned for an additional prepaid charge.

House Rules: 
• Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind on the premises - inside or outside. 
• Of course, everyone should practice respect of others in the home. 
• Be aware that guests work a variety of hours. 

Visitors: ** No events or visitors are allowed without my approval. 

Accidents/Damage: 
• I understand that things can happen and you may break/damage something. Of course I hope this does not happen, but in the event it does, please let me know right away.
