Hello, I am a single, recent Empty Nester with my youngest now in college. I currently have a little ShiTzu named Lola. I work part-time during the day and have a fully furnished room with a private bathroom for rent.  The space also includes the usage of a living room space and kitchen as well as washer and dryer.
I don't entertain very much so my space is often quiet and ideal for a single tenant who is a professional or graduate student, with no pets and wish to utilize this temporary space for their basic needs of sleep/shower/study while they reside in the area for work or school. 

My home is located in a quiet residential surbaban neighborhood  outside of Hartford,  Connecticut close to shops and restaurants and conveniently located close to highways for easy access to all of Hartford's neighboring towns.
