	•	Living & Kitchen – Spacious, comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen designed for everyday living.

Rental Options
	•	Rent the entire condo for $3800/month.
	•	Or, rent the master bedroom($2300) or queen bedroom($1700) individually (with shared common areas).
($500 deposit, $250 will be saved for cleaning at the end and the other half is refundable)

ANIMALS CONSIDERED, NEED TO SHARE INFORMATION ON PET and there will be a $250 animal fee
