Female travel RN's, you are in luck! I am looking to rent a room and share my gorgeous home with you! I am a RN of 15 years and have hired, engaged with and worked with some of the best travel nurses in the industry. The opportunity to rent space in my home will likely be one of the best things you do. 

Located in the beautiful community of Nexton, in Summerville, SC. Go ahead and look up Nexton & Midtown communities online, you will not be disappointed. There are two large pools, two tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a half basketball court, a covered pavilion and a playground. One of the pools is a 7,200-square-foot resort-style pool, accented with tropical vegetation. Additionally, this is a golf cart community with free access to pools, free gym access, amenities, grocery stores (yes, mult stores), restaurants and businesses. All of these are golf cart distance away. I do have a golf cart and can discuss its use if you are interested. 

I have a 9 year old son who is with me 50% of the time and a medium size dog that will want all the loving you are willing to offer. I will only consider candidates that are comfortable and considerate around a young child. I am 40 years old, low key, fun loving, respectable and I basically get along with everyone. I enjoy fitness, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, cooking and gardening.

The room for rent is furnished (pictures only show the room empty, when I first moved in). I would want to FaceTime with you to show you the entire house and what the space looks like. Additionally, I appreciate a clean home (I'm not ocd, I just can't live in filth and clutter) and would want someone who is also tidy in general.
 
For consideration of sleeping and schedules, I'd prefer someone who works day shift as the days I have my 9 year old, we would not want to interrupt your sleep if you work nights and need to sleep during daytime hours.  I am sensitive to the night shift/daytime sleeping struggles as I worked night shift for many years. 

My home is gorgeous, it is way too much space for me which means more space for you! I have a fully furnished home, living room downstairs and large loft ( living room upstairs). I get every single tv channel (all sports packages too), streaming, show/movie/subscription that you could think of. 

I am located just off I 26 with easy access to the highway and close to all of the areas hospitals including downtown Charleston hospitals. If your assignment requires you to be on-call and 30 minutes from the hospital, you are in luck as my location will meet that need.

 My home is the perfect landing spot for your next travel assignment. I am 30 mins from multiple beaches and downtown Charleston. Charleston is the vacation destination for many. If you stay with me during your work assignment, you can also consider your off time as "vacation time" in beautiful Charleston. 

I can't guarantee you are going to want to leave after your experiences here in Charleston, in my home and community. Extension of assignment is available as well (if both parties are agreeable). If you have rented before, I'd love to connect with a reference from the person you have stayed with in a previous assignment.
