Hello! I am seeking a tidy and responsible  female to share my 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment. 

The Space:

Your bedroom: A private upstairs bedroom with great natural sunlight and a view of the neighborhood.

Furniture Options: The room is currently furnished with a queen bed, two side tables, two lamps, a portable AC unit, a small vanity, and a TV. However, I can remove any or all of the furniture if you would prefer to bring your own.

Bathroom: There is a full bathroom upstairs next to the two bedrooms and a half-bath downstairs.

Common areas: The living room, kitchen, garage, and a back patio are available for us to share.

Parking: A dedicated and safe parking spot next to the unit is included.

The House Rules:
No pets allowed.
No smoking cigarettes anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors.
Guests are welcome with prior notice.
Overnight guests are okay with prior notice.

The Arrangement:

Move-in date: January 1st.

Financials: Utilities (gas, trash, internet, and electricity) will be split evenly. Usually due around the 15th of every month.

Lease Term: Month-to-month, as the landlord may make changes to the terms.

About me: I am a busy working chill female professional who also loves to travel, hang out with family, and friends, try new hobbies, and most importantly hang with my broke bestie (niece).
