Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to take over the lease for my unfurnished one bedroom apartment at Solis Hills in Raleigh North Carolina starting November 2025 (This date can be flexible and you can possibly move in sooner). The lease runs until July 16 2026. This is a full lease takeover where you will be signing directly with the apartment complex not subleasing from me.

The apartment is located in a clean upscale and quiet community that is perfect for young professionals working adults or even a college student. The apartment has a large walk in closet and in unit washer and dryer. I have absolutely loved living here and the only reason I am moving is due to an unexpected graduate school opportunity. The complex is very well maintained the maintenance team is quick and helpful and the amenities are fantastic including a resort style pool fitness center resident lounge and more. It is also just one mile from the Village District which has many great restaurants and shopping.

The base rent is 1660 per month which includes valet trash and pest control fees. My utilities usually run around 65 per month and I have been using Google Fiber for internet at 70 per month. The complex is pet friendly however there are extra fees for having pets. Parking is free and covered parking is always available. To qualify Solis Hills requires applicants to pass a background check and show proof of income typically three times the monthly rent but they do accept cosigners or guarantors if needed.
