In the carport, a round table with two chairs offers a modest space for a tenant who would like to spend time outdoors on the property on fine days. The entire carport, with bright exterior lighting, is set aside for the use of the tenant; the owners park perpendicular to the drive. Safety features include Schlage lock, Simplisafe security panel, deadbolts, traditional locks, and fire and CO2 alarms.
