Hello tavel nurses! I'm wanting to rent out my lower level bedroom to a local travel nurse who is needing temporary housing while fulfilling their contract. I'm also a nurse and understand the importance of having a safe space to call home while you focus on caring for others. I have 1 large bedroom downstairs, private bathroom w/ shower. Shared laundry room and kitchen. Access to outside through basement garage or a few steps to the front door. Safe, quiet neighborhood that's conveniently located amess than a mile to Lakeport Commons, Hyvee, Southern Hills Mall. I have 2 dogs and am open to consideration on a trained, friendly, UTD on shots, dog as well.
