I have a room for rent in my home! It is a 5 bedroom house and 3 bathrooms. Each room has its own door code. It is a shared kitchen, dinning room,  and living room upstairs. pets allowed,  no smoking. Looking for and individual who is responsible,  and respectful when it comes to noise. Not accepting any kids at this time. Some of the other tenants work nights. Security deposit of $500 required along with a one time move out cleaning fee of $150. The room has a king bed, night stand built-in shelves for the closet. It also has a private attached living room with a couch, desk, book shelf and TV. If you have your own bed we can remove the bed. The home is centrally located in Mesa between Southern & Broadway off Val Vista. The rent is $1400, utilities included (power, water, sewer, trash and internet). There is a diving swimming pool. House cleaner comes monthly for common areas.
