The upstairs available room is a large, sunny upstairs bedroom with tall ceilings and a full private bathroom. It’s quiet, bright, and offers plenty of space and privacy. The room is unfurnished, giving you the chance to make it your own. Rent is $1,500 per month, plus shared utilities. 

The downstairs room is smaller but has its own private bathroom and is $1250 per month. 

The home has a large, open-concept living room and kitchen, perfect for relaxing, cooking, or sharing the occasional meal together. It features hardwood floors throughout, central air and heat, in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and modern stainless-steel appliances. You’ll also have access to a detached garage with your own parking spot, plus there’s easy street parking available. The front yard, backyard, and patio offer several calm spots to enjoy outside.

We’re in a peaceful, central location just a short walk to a grocery store and local park. The house is minutes from Mission Valley, Kensington, North Park, SDSU, and major freeways, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

About us: We’re Adam and Sawyer. both full-time professionals who value a calm, clean, and respectful living environment. We volunteer with an animal rescue and live here with our two small, well-behaved dogs. We’re LGBTQ+ and military friendly, and looking for someone responsible, and who’s looking for a great place to live.
