Welcome to our furnished one bedroom/one bathroom apartment close to downtown Edmonds. This apartment is located in the lower level of our home with its own separate entrance. 

The apartment has its own full size kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi access, separate heating and cooling system, and tankless water heater. 


We allow maximum occupancy of two people. Rental is $1900 for one person occupancy and $2000 for two people. This includes utilities. Current WiFi is fast, but if you’re hoping for something different this will need to be at your own expense. 
Security/Damage deposit is $2200. Security deposit includes $300 non refundable for one time furniture rental and $1900 refundable depending on the condition of the apartment after move out (damages and cleaning costs to be accounted for at move out). 

STRICTLY no smoking, vaping of recreational drug use. No pets.
