Conveniently located at the intersection of I-75 and I-285. Walking distance to the Battery/Truist Park, Chattahoochee River, and Cumberland Mall.  Short drive to Buckhead, Midtown ATL, Sandy Springs, Vinings, Smyrna, & Marietta.

About Me: I’m a 28-year-old female who loves the outdoors & works full time as an Assistant Public Defender (lawyer). I have 2 cats who are super friendly and loving! My favorite activities include cooking with people, game nights, walking to the river, riding bikes (bike rentals via the Cumberland Bike Share are free for an  hour), going to Braves games, yoga, painting, & paddleboarding.

My ideal roommate is kind, financially responsible (leasing office conducts a background check upon submitting your resident application and $75 application fee) and tidy/considerate. I want us both to feel welcome and comfortable at home! The living room, kitchen, & laundry room are fully furnished. The available bedroom and bathroom, however, are unfurnished.

I’ve lived here since 2022 and genuinely cannot say enough good things about this complex - from its management, diligent maintenance team, monthly resident events & affordable rent (cheaper than anywhere else in the area), it really is such a blessing to be here.
