We have a fully furnished Studio size bedroom w/private entrance, a garden view & en suite bathroom, tons of storage space with an entire wall of built in shelves from floor to ceiling!
This is 1 of a 5 bed 4 bath fully furnished house and we're looking for a like minded person to join our cool co-living situation in this nice house. Currently we are 2 male film students,  2 females, music / film & dance background. All working (alot) toward their goals. Everyone under 30.
Common area's include: Large living room, dining room, den, fully stocked kitchen and private backyard with big pool & jacuzzi.
House has 2 covered parking spots, on 1st come 1st serve basis & good street parking, no restrictions.
Move in funds, 1st month's rent and 1 month security deposit. $3000.00
And all utilities (including wi-fi) are split between housemates.

Good credit, solid verifiable income, previous landlord reference or parent co-signing, meeting the above requirements are all required to qualify for this lease.
