Nice quiet turn of the century home top floor has three bedrooms. Two of them have lofts a very large bathroom or the washer and dryer and double sink. Second bathroom may be used if other is occupied. Parking tospots included. I would consider renting the top floor. The kitchen is shared and dining room downstairs and the living room. Common courtesy and mutual respect are the basic house rules. It's a nice, quiet place. The house is near the Hudson valley train line that either goes to New York City or goes upstate. If you don't have a car, you'll have to get an Uber or a taxi to the bus or the train station. It's a decent walk. Plenty of outdoor space, 2 acres outdoor patio grill hammock. There's a beautiful nature center that has 3 mi of trails to discover. Two towns are within 4 to 8 minutes, right on the Hudson River is Irvington and Tarrytown &Sleepy Hollow.
