Hello, we are retired nurses and we have a Casita that is separate from the main house.we would like to rent. This lace is fully furnished and brand new. Wi-Fi, internet, dish, cable tv has own thermostat and AC/Heat unit, all included. A separate table and two chairs is also provided. Two people can stay here. 

 No smoking anywhere on the property please.  Pets are allowed. on a case by case basis. Dog or cat.Tenant must clean up after the pet has done their business. Thank you. Deposit may be required. There is a dog park in the community approx 1/2 mile away from the property. There are two separate fenced areas for little dogs,  one is for the bigger dogs. Has running water as well as grass. There is seating available. Our Bella has a great time there. She is a 14 month old English Labrador Retriever, It’s approx  half a mile from house. 

There is a smaller grassy area just down the road  from our home for our pets to use but it’s not fenced. Dogs must be on a leash. So convenient for us. We have many walking trails, and if you have a side by side, there are areas for you to go too. Golf is also available, however that has a separate cost that is not included in the rent. 
 
Blackout drapes with wood blinds, charging station on both nightstands along with lamps that you turn on/off with your hand by tapping the bottom portion of the lamp. There are three brightness’s on each lamp.An alarm clock is provided . A work station computer table , comfortable desk chair with wheels, as well as it swivels. and is new. It has several plug ins to use. Washer and dryer are in the main house if tenant chooses to use, or they may go to a laundry mat with reimbursement for the cost which is about 6 miles from gated community we live in. Wickenburg Hospital is approximately 6 miles from our home. Banner Boswell hospital is the next closest approx 30-40 minute drive in Sun City West. 
 65 inch smart tv, nice ceiling fan with light that has its own remote. Has own AC/heat thermostat with separate AC/heat unit..All utilities are included as well. 
All tile floor. The  2 person love seat reclines  individually and has different color lights underneath with cup holders. 

The kitchen has an induction stove that sits on the counter. Has two burners., New microwave with air fryer, bake, convection oven and many other features. Has dishwasher and full size sink with garbage disposal, granite countertop. All pots, pans, glassware, utensils, silverware, along with kitchen, bathroom cleaning supplies provided at no charge. Sorry, no housekeeping is included. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, and many other items for your use are in Casita.  Has large walk in closet with shelves, dresser and hangers for your use. 
King size adjustable bed with firm mattress. Topper can be provided if requested.  Sheets are Egyptian 1500 cotton. Can also provide microfiber is requested or something else you would prefer. This Casita is fully functional independently of the main house. Except washer/dryer. It is approx 500 square feet. The backyard has many chairs, tables, barbecue grill, available as well as beautiful sunrise’s and sunsets.  We do have a fenced in backyard. There is a huge outdoor fireplace in the front courtyard right by the Casita entrance with table and chairs to use. If you want to have company come over , that would be fine as long as they follow the few guidelines we must adhere too as well. 
Your privacy will be respected. Casita has its own entrance and key. There is a community pool, hot tub, gym available. Extremely quiet community..  Safeway delivers, and there is a  Bashas' as well as many shops to go too. A movie theater is available. Most all places to see and do are about 6-8 miles from our property. 
There is parking on the property, no parking overnight along the sidewalks  or doing repairs on your vehicle any place in the community. 
Anything not mentioned here please ask.The pictures you see here have the wood blinds and blackout drapes open. With drapes and wood blinds are closed, definitely makes it dark inside and keeps the heat out during summer months..There is a large fireplace in the courtyard with seating for tenant to enjoy as well as a fenced in backyard and barbecue with seating as well. We want your stay to be pleasurable and free from any stressors. We will respect your privacy and do our best to accommodate your needs while here.
