The house is very large in a safe and upscale subdivision. Rent covers TV, fiber optic WIFI, streaming services (Prime Video, Max, Netflix, YouTube TV), soft water, and electronically filtered air (two new furnaces in the home). All utilities are included.

The lovely area provides walking trails and there is access available to a private clubhouse and pool and tennis courts.

2 adults live upstairs in the 4 bedroom house (35 and 70 years old).
