The laundry room is shared and next to your apartment.
We are on one acre and often have deer visit to munch on the apples, and flowers, I try to have enough of both so that we can share. 

We are in a quiet country setting, 5 minutes to Woodinville Wineries, concerts, restaurants, and shopping. It is peaceful yet close to everything you may need.

We are 12 minutes to Evergreen Medical Center in Kirkland, 25 minutes to Overlake Hospital in Bellevue and about 30 minutes from Seattle area hospitals. We are also approximately 30 minutes to the downtown and scenic areas of Seattle.

Small dogs are permitted with a $200 per pet fee. 2 dog limit please.
