Rent includes , heat, hot water, electric, plowing, internet  and excellent landlords You’re apartment has its own parking and entrance. it’s furnished and fully equipped everything you’ll need.  Two large bedrooms with king beds and one small room that can be used as a third bedroom or an office.  It also has heated floors! 

We are open to a 3+ month rental. No smokers, no dogs, one cat is ok. AWD vehicle recommended.
