I have a private bedroom and bath available for rent October 1 in Belleville Apartments on Mt. Carmel Tobasco Road.  It is huge at 1250 square feet and has own utility room with washer and dryer.   First floor no steps nice balcony.  One tenant per bedroom and each pays $700. I pay electric because I have larger master bedroom.   

I have 2 foster cats so you must not be allergic.  There is currently no internet or cable so new tenant must sign contract to add.  There will be no smoking inside and drinking and profanity should be minimal.  I will accept 21 and older and although I am much older I will not be your mother or grandmother.  I expect you to know the rules, regulations, and limits for living in a community.   I will require $600 deposit to hold and for any damages during your tenancy.  Rent is due each month by the 1st.  The landlord will have you fill out a form so he knows who is living in his community and I will require a references including your current landlord and employer.
