About this home

I'm looking for someone in their late 20s to mid 30s(ladies only, afab nonbinary are also welcome) to move into my house in Snellville, Norris lake.

This is an intentional living sisterhood community. Personal growth, non violent communication, radical honesty, and authentic relating are important values here.

It's a 2 year lease room A in the picturesis available. Rent is $465 and utilities are $300+/- split by 3 people. Utilities include internet and multiple streaming services, pest control, smart home systems, ring door bell, water, electric, etc. House temperature is minimum 74F for health reasons.
No cats or dogs here but you can have other kinds of pets.
The house is not wheelchair friendly. There are so many steps.
The bedroom has a private balcony and the bathroom will be shared with 1 other person.
I'm not just looking for a roommate I'm trying to build a ladies only, child-free, LGBT+ , neurodivergent friendly, and creative safe space with a focus on long term friendships, emotional support and healthy conflict resolution.

I'm looking for shared values around healthy eating and substance free lifestyles. Preferences for someone with vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or halal diet. Alcohol free and drug free.
We have a shared creative art office/sun room, a library space in the living room with a projector, a sewing room, and a basement/laundry. You can bring a couch and turn that space into a second hand out room if you like. There are 2 extra balconies, not connected to the private balcony with a winter lake view, and a fireplace. We have extra storage rooms and an extra unfinished basement. We have a community garden, parks and trails within a 10 minutes walk.
This is an HOA neighborhood with a pool and tennis courts, lake and beach access, and community events.

Household activities include
Game nights, watching anime and movies together, art and crafts, DIY, gardening, and infodump presentations night. Cooking meals together, doing chores and body doubling together. Maximalist decorating is welcomed.

About me

I’m 29. I have autism (moderate support needs) and adhd. I’m aroace. I’m a practicing muslim and I am not married nor intending to be any time soon. I’m a creative artist/ fashion designer/musician. I like rock and metal mostly. I’m not a fan of rap but i do listen to kpop. I travel all over the world and live going on spontaneous adventures. I love thrifting and DIY. I’m very much a Maximalist and want every inch of my home decorated to feel like I live in a meow wolf. My ideal is to live with other creatives where each decorate all the rooms and make it feel like an eclectic mash of all of our styles. Mine is very gothic, victorian, steampunk, goblincore, and kawaii choatic. The basement is just storage space but if you’ve got a couch we can make it a hang out spot. I love doing jigsaw puzzles and playing the sims. I’ve started turning the living room into a library and I’m leaving space for you to bring your own books. I read about 100 books a year and love deep book discussions and analysis. I’m trying to build a shared home with ladies that also aren’t looking to get married and just want a safe fun space to live together for many years.
