I am moving to the west coast for work and I am looking for someone to take over my lease on a 1 bedroom apartment that runs through the end of February. Rent is $2580/month plus utilities. I will cover the first 1.5 months of your rent, the security deposit, and the lease transfer fees! I will also pay to have the apartment professionally cleaned prior to your move in. This is a lease transfer and not a sublet, so you will have the option of renewing at the end of the lease. You will need to apply with the building to take over the lease.
