Including each bedroom's own temperature adjustment for Heat and Air conditioning. Also included is water, electric, gas, cable and Wi-Fi. Included in the unit is a full-size stacked washer and dryer. The building features a 3-room social space (reserve), work out space, garden area, laundry room, below ground parking with valet service (additional cost), vehicle detailing (additional cost) secured outdoor parking lot, door attendant, loading dock and on a city bus route/stop in front of the building. Rent will be due and paid by the 5th of each month. Leases will be 3 to 12 month stays with a minimum of 3 months to be addressed at the lease signing. No Smoking is allowed.
