All windows have been replaced, and the condo has a shared entry foyer with office desk and chair, living room, kitchen, dining space and terrace overlooking Franklin Park and a view of downtown Columbus. This unit is completely furnished, including linens, kitchen items, outdoor terrace furniture and televisions in each bedroom and common area. Also featured for this condo are all the utilities paid. Including each bedroom's own temperature adjustment for Heat and Air conditioning. Also included is water, electric, gas, cable and Wi-Fi. Included in the unit is a full-size stacked washer and dryer. The building features a 3-room social space (reserve), work out space, garden area, laundry room, below ground parking with valet service (additional cost), vehicle detailing (additional cost) secured outdoor parking lot, door attendant, loading dock and on a city bus route/stop in front of the building.

Rent will be due and paid by the 5th of each month. Leases will be 3 to 12 month stays with a minimum of 3 months to be addressed at the lease signing. No Smoking is allowed. All utilities and HOA fees are paid by the landlord as part of your monthly rent. Building rules must be followed. No Subletting is allowed, and all tenants must sign the lease. Pets are NOT allowed. If someone must move the tenant is allowed to find a replacement but that replacement must pass all landlord pre-approvals, and a new lease will then need to be signed by all parties and dated retroactively to the original date of the original lease signing.
