For rent: three separate bedrooms in a large 4-bedroom, 5-restroom home in the Greater Austin area (Round Rock near Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resort) with a resort-style backyard.

One of the bedrooms has its own restroom and the other two share a restroom. Rent is $1000/month for each room. All utilities are included (including 3 gig fiber internet).

Dogs are welcome. All people types are welcome, too. There is a cat allergy issue, though.

Lease terms can be flexible - over the years, we've had people here on 12-month leases, month-to-month leases, and everything in between.

The entertainment building has an 11-speaker theater setup in it as well as two full restrooms with showers. We use it as a theater room, event room, pool house, guest house, etc. We typically set up beds in there when friends and/or family come to visit.
