Relax  in the charming furnished living area, complete with comfy seating arrangements and a Roku TV. Catch up on your favorite shows or relax on the balcony taking in the ocean views, this space provides the ideal spot.

Sleeping:
This 1 bedroom features  2 Full beds in the front bedroom a Murphy bed in the living (able to be tucked away during the day) And a Queen sofa bed with extra comfort.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has beautiful countertops, full-size fridge, and ample storage space. This full kitchen offers an opportunity to cook with your family or enjoy a quick snack.
-Flatware, Glasses, Pots and Pans, Plates, and Bowls. 
-Toaster
-Keurig and standard coffee pot
-Wine opener


Bathroom:
 Indulge yourself in the stylishly appointed bathroom with a spacious bath/shower combo.

We provide 6 sets of towels, sheets/linens for all beds. extra blankets available.

Our condo is situated on the Golden Mile, providing quick and easy access to all the area has to offer. 10 min from Broad-walk, 10min to Broadway at the beach. This ocean view Condo is a family-friendly sanctuary with quick access to the beach. You can enjoy relaxing ocean side with your toes in the sand while your little ones build castles. The condominium amenities include outdoor pool, washer and dryer ($)3rd/7th floor and ice machines 10th floor.

No pets allowed per HOA
Please be respectful of other guests by observing the quiet hours 10pm-8am
Must be 25 per HOA to rent condo
Please don’t run AC and leave doors open
Please don’t use linens/ towels for beach use
No unauthorized guests
No playing loud music
No parties
No Smoking or vaping in the room, balcony or illicit drugs
A $350.00 fee will be charged for any indication of this violation.
