Our guests enjoy walking a few short blocks to two sun-soaked beaches (known as the bayside or the oceanside), and a variety of stores, bars, restaurants, gyms, cozy coffee shops and the PB nightlife just 2 blocks away.   

Ideal rental for one or two people.    Travel nurses have found the commute to La Jolla and San Diego hospitals about 20 minutes.  For DOD contractors, about 25 minutes to base.   WFH or retired, everyone loves living the beach life here in this charming beach cottage that feels like a home.  Enter the main property (locked) gate, and into the shared front yard with grass, a large hedge surrounding the property, and two jacaranda trees that bloom with purple flowers in summer.   From the porch open the locked screen door and enter the cottage living room with two blue sofas, smart 50-inch TV and super-fast WIFI.   Dining table with chairs;  Walk to the left and enter the hallway to the two bedrooms (one with Queen bed, the other with Full size bed; two beds total),  each bedroom with large closet, ceiling fan, dresser, backout shades for day sleepers, hangers in closet.  Bathroom with tub/shower combo. Storage in hallway closet includes extra bed sheets and towels.  Back to the living room, follow to the left into the fully stocked all-white kitchen with full-size appliances, and granite counter tops. Beautiful tile floors throughout and ceiling fans in each room.   Exit the kitchen through the glass door to your private backyard/patio area with bistro table and chairs. Perfect for your morning coffee in the sunshine.  Or your private outdoor yoga space on the backyard grass.   Parking reserved for one car in driveway; a second parking space and/or garage depends on rate and availability. Rent here and live the barefoot beach life!
