About this home

I live on 1.1 acre of land. I have a two car garage. When the weather is nice, there is a beautiful outdoor fire pit area. The house is a half cape and the upstairs is the Rental unit. I have a beautiful Labradoodle seen in the picture. She is 14 years old and loves people. She does not go up the stairs to the rental unit. My house is 3 miles from downtown Holland. My home is very cozy, clean, quiet, in a very safe neighborhood, and I renovated it in the last couple of years. I am a business owner in town and I do work from home part time. I would like my renter to be respectful and friendly and considerate of my space on the first floor and I do not enter the Renter space except for an emergency.If someone is staying and would like to use the kitchen, I am more than happy to make arrangements for that.
