Hi, welcome to Akron's best neighborhood, Highland Square. My house is conveniently located on a safe, quiet street with parks, public transit, a health-food/grocery store, pharmacy, banks, bars, coffee shops, restaurants and a public library within 5-8 minutes' pleasant walk, and about everything else you could possibly need within 10 minutes' drive or a short bus ride. The in-town hospitals are close by, the suburban ones are an easy drive.  There is a national park 15 minutes' drive from my door.

First floor: Fully equipped kitchen, furnished dining and living rooms, and library; second floor: four bedrooms (two furnished at this time) and  bathroom; third floor is a finished, unfurnished three-room attic. Basement has storage, washer and dryer, and a utility bathroom including shower. 1-car garage plus on-street parking.

Month-to-month only, I may consider pets.
