Townhouse within walking distance of CSUSM in Corte Bella. Your bedroom has a twin sofa bed, nightstand table, and a sideboard for storage. It is an ensuite bedroom/full bathroom with a door closing both for additional privacy. The townhouse has new appliances, fixtures, and window blinds. I am open to you moving some furniture in to customize your room. 

I am a semi-retired woman who travels frequently and is easy to live with.  I understand college life, having earned a master's and having 2 grown children who graduated from colleges in CA. 

There is a pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse on-site to use. I will pay for WiFi, water, sewer, trash, and utilities.
