Our home is in a great location, a short walk to the beach, 2 mins away from MTA train (a short train ride to Atlantic Terminal/ Barclays Center and Manhattan/Penn Station NYC).  Additionally, our home is 2 mins from lots of local restaurants, supermarkets, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and more......

Guests will have full access to a unit on the property and can park on the street. Guest can also utilize the washer & dryer in the unit.  There is plenty of restaurants & supermarkets, mall and shopping centers nearby.

Absolutely no Smoking or Vaping or parties in the unit.

Please treat the Brighton Breeze as your own home and respect your neighbors. 
Noise Level - Please keeping the noise level under 70 dBs at all times and 50 dBs during quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. 
Garbage disposal - please separate the trashes and follow the recycling guidelines. Please use the labeled recycle bins and avoid overfill. 
Enjoy the beach! Before entering Brighton Breeze, please rinse off sands help keep the place clean for everyone.
