Maximum occupancy is 3 people - there are three queen beds and 1 bathroom. 

Rules:
The person responsible must be registered and staying at the property. You are absolutely responsible to take immaculate care of the property. Lawn and driveway snow removal is included. You will shovel the small porch and short sidewalk to the driveway. 

Must be 21 years or older. 

While we love fur babies, we do not allow pets. Any evidence of pets will result in a $500 fee. ADA medically registered service animals are always welcome at no charge and must be disclosed and approved ahead of time. Emotional support animals are not ADA protected and therefore, not allowed. 

There is no smoking or vaping in the house - any evidence, including smell, will result in a $500 fee. 

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

There are no parties allowed. Visitors of guests not registered may not stay overnight without permission and additional fee per person, per night. 

There are two stairs into the front and back doors. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. 

The garbage is to go out every Tuesday. Recycle is every other Tuesday. Bins are in the garage and need to be at the curb by 6a Tuesday morning and not before 6p the night before. 

Please remove shoes at the door to protect our floors and carpets. 
For the same reason, don’t move our furniture. If it’s absolutely necessary, move it back before check out. 

Keep food and drinks to the kitchen area to help us protect our home. 

No candles, incense burning or open flames are permitted. Any violations will result in a $250 fee. 

Guests are responsible for the total cost being of equal or greater value of any damage by you or your guests and visitors. 

Drugs, and or parafanalia; legal or otherwise is strictly prohibited and any violation will result in a $500 fee, immediate termination of your stay and no refund.

Deposit will be returned within 10 business days and only after confirmation there is zero damage and no rules have been violated. Any assessment of fees will be provided with documentation.
