We have an opening in our liberal/progressive-minded townhome for a kind, thoughtful, easy-going roommate with strong communication skills. Open to all identities. Prefer someone who is a dedicated student and/or mature in either age or spirit. Must appreciate a clean, peaceful, happy home. We enjoy occasional gatherings with close family and friends, but no loud parties, drugs, or excessive alcohol use. 

Home is the place where we recharge and relax so that we have the energy reserves to engage with this wild world we're living in; we're looking for someone who needs the same. Plus we'd love to casually chit-chat or watch a TV show with our new roommate when we're in the common areas.
