About the Apartment:
-1700/month plus utilities (total rent is 3400 other roommate pays half)
-One-month security deposit required

-Bedroom is unfurnished
-Quiet, respectful building, not a party space
-No in-unit laundry, but there’s a huge laundromat 2 minutes away (never had trouble finding a machine)

About Me:
I’m a 25-year-old college student. I love art, music, and getting outdoors. I’m very clean, quiet, and organized, and I like to keep a calm, cozy home. I occasionally have a friend over, but no parties and the building stays pretty quiet overall. I’m looking for someone who values the same kind of peaceful, CLEAN, and respectful living environment.
